Wow!
There are very few books that move me and impact my life forever like this one has!
I can name maybe five or less books that have had such a significant, eternal and lasting effect on my mind, heart, emotions, and my Soul!
This is one of them, I would put it up there with The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle as one of the other two books that have changed my life for the better!
Whether you believe Jozef’s spiritual experiences with other spiritual Beings, and other Higher Beings actually happened or not, doesn’t matter, what matters is that you approach this book with an open heart, open to all the spiritual truths that he has gleaned, and even a skeptic could, if he or she so desired, learn a lot of things about what goes into the composition of matter, consciousness, energy, dark matter, and dark energy!
These simple truths alone could revolutionize the field of quantum mechanics if applied properly, and, as Jozef mentions in the epilogue, if science would include the study of consciousness as a part of the scientific method, and not view it as a fringe subject better suited for the New Age movement, the consciousness of humanity could be lifted to a higher place, a place that would largely free her from many of the societal and social problems that have kept her bound for so long, and severely hampered humanity’s rightful path to Ascension and the kind of Enlightenment that would collectively lift humankind from the denseness of 3rd density, to 4th or even 5th density, which ironically many think is on a different planet Earth, but, ultimately, it is on the same planet Earth, just at a different vibrational frequency, much like two different radio stations share the same electromagnetic bandwidth, but, the difference being that each is at a different frequency.
Read this book, you’ll be glad you did!
I rarely write reviews, but, for this one I just had to spread the word!
I’m a voracious reader, and I have read thousands and thousands of books, and most of them, I forget almost as soon as I finish reading the last sentence, and for most of them, I want back all the time I wasted on reading them, but, for this one and The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle, they changed my life, and I am so glad that the knowledge that I have gained has changed my life for the better, and I will never be the same again!
This is why I read, and, honestly, I have to wade through a lot of muck to find a few gems like these hidden in the silt!
Just read them, you’ll thank me later…

Spiritual science, out-of-body experiences, lucid dreaming, cosmic entities, reincarnation, light bodies, astral projection, heaven, the creator, and the universe-multiverse question. An “all-star” cast of topics that have always been a mystery to humanity, giving away precious little across the ages, but no more! How to Kiss the Universe answers all the questions you might have about life, including the ones you have yet to think of. Following years of living without any deep contemplation of life whatsoever, Jozef Simkovic takes a keen interest in his spirituality after overcoming a life-threatening health challenge. Urged on by friends, he enrolled at The Monroe Institute, and a spontaneous journey to spiritual enlightenment was set in motion. Jozef turned out to be a quick study, and he kept developing until curiosity took him to the Reptilian planet. Unbeknownst to him, a reptilian king took notice of his activities and breached the inter-realm membrane some days later, attacking him in his sleep with the intention of possessing him and stopping him from telling us about the Other Side in this startling book titled How to Kiss the Universe.

How to Kiss the Universe: An Inspirational Spiritual and Metaphysical Narrative about Human Origin, Essence and Destiny is a shocking and scintillating account of spiritual journeys, cosmic exploration, and huge universal secrets written by Jozef Simkovic. At times, the narrative is so rational that it’s plainly undeniable. Other times, it’s just wild. But Jozef allows the reader to draw their own conclusions from the narration, which is obviously philosophical, albeit with mystical overtones one would wish weren’t so real. Apart from its unique content, which could have put this book in a genre of its own, How to Kiss the Universe compels you to reassess your beliefs without invalidating your religious orientation. I loved the titling of each chapter and the thought-provoking questions they answered—such as why evil still exists despite the supervision of a loving supreme being. The story is told in short and well-structured chapters that make it easier to read. However, Mr. Simkovic’s occasional humor and consistent use of relevant quotes at the beginning of each chapter make it a lively read. How to Kiss the Universe is one of those books everyone needs to read, especially at the point of self-discovery.

How to Kiss the Universe: An Inspirational Spiritual and Metaphysical Narrative about Human Origin, Essence, and Destiny by Jozef Simkovic is a unique spiritual journey that harnesses the power of astral travel. How does the author make this possible? The author first addresses humanity’s insatiable quest for answers to the metaphysical questions that plague our existence: Why are we here on Earth? What is the purpose of living? Where did we come from? What were we before we were born? This book is a proposition to take a little trip into the spiritual world which may inspire you to continue and pursue such a journey. In connection with human progress, your spiritual voyage will then accelerate a revolutionary mindset within you by gaining knowledge from diving into the deepest recesses of your mind.

As we all continue to pursue ways to improve or develop our well-being, esoteric knowledge becomes a popular alternative, especially when it comes to nourishing our emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects. There has been a lot of talk about astral journeys nowadays, but books on the subject give nothing but false expectations. Jozef Simkovic has a very digestible approach to the topic that enlightens you about what the Unified Mind of the whole universe is about. It is entertaining and enlightening at the same time. Given that all you are experiencing right now are your body, your mind, and your emotions, How to Kiss the Universe gives you a well-structured method fostered by The Monroe Institute that allows you to release your negative energy and embrace your internal power that fuels your ability to travel spiritually. For anyone who loves compelling books on spirituality and esoteric knowledge, this book is the one to read when it comes to astral travel.

By Judge,7th Annual Writer’s Digest Self-Published E book Awards:

What an interesting book, though not everyone’s ‘cup of tea’. I am truly not enlightened enough to understand the metaphysical or overall significance of the text, yet the author’s voice and style made it a pleasure to read.

Using something called the Monroe system, the author carries the reader along on his journey of discovery. Through his travels, progressive exercises, spiritual meditation and consciousness-raising astral projections, he encounters colors that have significance, a thief/former foe, hibernating souls, lost love, and so much more, not all of it good. Most of the book didn’t make sense to my logical mind, but the author tells the story with such ease it took on a mythical quality. At times, I felt the book read like a cross between ‘Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Universe’ and the works of Chuck Palahnuik.

Of note, I’m not a fan of quotes at the start of chapters because they often seem random and detract from the actual text, but the quotes used for this book’s chapters were well done and not random at all. In many cases, they actually tied into the narrative. Also, I appreciated the glossary.

The book is well-written, fast-paced, and entertaining. The information is presented with a light hand, so it isn’t really overwhelming for those less-enlightened readers, like myself, and for those willing to keep an open-mind, it might compel them to explore meditation further.

By Judge, 27th Annual Writer’s Digest Self-Published Books Awards:

The book tackles complex insights in the realm of spirituality and metaphysics, and with that complexity comes greater thought energy required of the reader. Reader is given some heavy lifting in order to take the time needed in processing new considerations. No one is skipping through this book, nor taking it lightly. There is no room for cherry-picking, as author has done a fine job of proposing fascinating insights.

Reader can question the methods of the Monroe Institute, and author uses that initial skepticism to fuel exploration of belief systems. Author writes with an engaging, experienced voice, never delving into heavy-handed instruction. I liked the energy from the list of questions at the start of the book. Author mirrors the kinds of fast-paced questions that can swirl the reader’s faith and coping skills, as an effective way to create connection and engagement.

Pace needed some variation in movement. Some sections, I felt, bogged down a bit, requiring author to find ways to lighten the tone and pick up the cadence. We don’t want reader to get fatigued, keep putting the book down, lose their momentum. A solution to that disconnect is to provide more spaces for taking notes and journaling big topics, so that reader can stay engaged with the book and immersed in the author’s 15 spiritual lessons. Always provide an easy way to stay with the book.

Another way to increase engagement with these tenets is to craft realism in settings, using sensory details that bring energy to the narrative. Reader can then exist within the story, allowing for an open mind as these insights are discussed. Author is tackling the present and the afterlife, biting off big chunks of material for the reader’s digestion, and doing a nice job of making this book an experience. Topics like the ‘singularity transfer point’ and other metaphysical moments can sometimes feel confusing, but author brings as much description to these moments as possible, for the reader’s continued acceptance of realism. Well done.
